機械功能:
此機專為大杯類而設計，同制杯機聯線生產，由制杯機成型后的杯子直接落入理杯機模板中，再由模板翻轉至疊杯位置處，由理杯系統自動推疊至推杯槽內，當推杯槽內的杯子達到設定的數量時，推杯系統將堆疊成條的杯子推送至橫向傳送帶上。成排的杯子由傳送帶送至數杯包裝。此機聯線點數包裝機，無需人工取杯。此機可理杯邊相差10mm以內的杯子，10mm以內的杯子通過調節無需更換模板。
Mechanical function:
This machine is designed for large cup, and works with cup making machine online. After cup formation, the cup directly falls into the cup stacking machine template and template flips to the location of cup stacking, the cup stacking system automatically pushes the cup to cup push groove. When the cup reaches the set quantity, the push cup system pushes the stacked cup to the transverse conveyer belt. Rows of cups are delivered to the cup counting and packing system. This machine is connected with counting and ackaging machine, no need to take the cup by manual. This machine can be handled cup with difference less than 10mm in cup rim. Cup size less than 10mm in diameter can be handled through adjustment without replacing the template.
